His point of view against the computer in order to be at each home developed in the world, currently Bill Gates decided to stop in time full employment in Microsoft on Friday for the focus in the work field of the good deed that was aimed improving the maintenance of the health and combating poverty in the Third World.

Gates established his company that valuable 260 billion US dollar during 1975 and shifted his wealth into the foundation of Bill and Melinda Gates.
Owing to help of the richest person in world Warren’s buffet, the foundation now becomes the biggest good deed body in the world by assets almost 40 billion dollar AS. The second rich person promised to contribute all of his wealth to the foundation before they died.
Gates planned to occupy the position of the high level strategy on the good deed body and will use all of his influence as one of the richest people in the world to increase the foundation’s agenda in the basis of the work full of time.
However he will continue to be "non-the" Executive Chairman in Microsoft and only dedicated one day a week to work in his company.
Gates handed over his role as the head of the executive (the Chief the Executive) Microsoft to his colleague for a long time Steve Ballmer in 2000, during Bill Gates had become the head of the architect of the company’s software.
With the succession program plan, Gates task will be taken over by two executives Microsoft.
